May 17, 2014 · WolfzillaPP, I don't have any solution, but I'm here because I have the same problem exactly like yours, I'm have one HP Desktop All together, and my laptop, same ISP, laptop is windows 7 and HP Destop is windows 8.1, when you try to load a page it takes forever sometimes and then it says the messsage Wepage not available and then sometimes load the page and sometimes not.

I've had wireless issues on three different laptops in the past month on Windows 8 and 8.1. I could barely download a large file because of the frequent disconnects. I'm on Windows 7 and no longer have that problem.
